We attempt to process orders within 24 hours of receipt. If an item is out of stock or your order is delayed for any reason, we will notify you by email or telephone.
Shipping rates are subject to change. Shipping only within the continental United States via UPS Ground. Special shipping options, such as overnight and second day air are available. The charges for this service are based upon weight and destination of the shipment. If you have any questions concerning delivery or packaging, please call customer service at 717-871-7610.

University Store Return Policy
All returns must be made within 30 days in order to qualify for full refund to the original payment method. A sales receipt is required for all returns. Merchandise must be returned in the same condition as purchased.
Merchandise returned after 30 days is subject to Manager approval for a size exchange or store credit only. Merchandise is non-returnable after 180 days.
Clearance items may only be returned for an even exchange or store credit.
Clothing that has strong odors of perfume, remnants of animal or human hair, or signs of having been washed or worn may not be returned.
Electronic merchandise must remain in full packaging, in resellable condition, in order to be approved for a return.
Single sheets of art paper are non-returnable.
Please note that all costs associated with returns of online orders are at the responsibility of the customer unless an order arrives damaged or incorrect, in which case shipping costs will be covered.
